When we understood we were coming from opposite points of view, we became firm allies and counterparts as opposed to combative

We love this quote from Lottie Unwin who we had the pleasure of interviewing for our Wonder Women book.  It perfectly sums up the benefits of diversity of thinking and making sure you don’t get stuck in your own echo chamber.

Lottie’s story sits within our #Activism section of the book alongside other inspirational Millennial Wonder Women.

Lottie’s career in marketing was inspired by her foray into tabloid journalism.  After a solid marketing foundation at P&G, she discovered her entrepreneurial spirit and helped grow the start-up, Propercorn, before a lifestyle change took her to India, a freelance career and growing her side hustle, The Copy Club community, into a business.

In the interview, we talked about a lightbulb moment coming from the shop floor, the power of generosity, kindness and building networks, embracing differences, how the quest for work/life balance is archaic, and her passion for the future of work.
